Terms and Conditions

1. It is the responsability of the organizers to arrange for a suitable area for

Eventers Photography to operate our portable studio and mini lab, if studio photography is required.

2. We will require a working area of 16ft wide x 16ft long for events and sports club photography, complete with electrical power points to power our lighting and mini lab. This can be in an adjacent room to the actual venue (we have portable signage to direct people to our portable studio). In situations where there is no suitable area for our studio and portable lab, we can do reportage photography. Please enquire through our contact page for details.

3. We will require access to the venue one hour before the start of photography, to set up our portable studio and mini lab

4. We do understand that due to unforseen circumstances that events etc can be cancelled, it is imperitive that we are informed as soon as possable prior to the day of event to minimize our financial loss.

5. Copyright of all photographs belongs exclusively to Eventers Photography and any infringement of our copyright unless authorized in writing, is against the copyright laws of this country.

6. All photography bookings will be confirmed in writing by us to the organizer within 1 week, and a reminder will be sent to the organizer 2 weeks before the photography date.

7. All payments through our secure password protected galleries for photographs will be through Credit card or Paypal only.

8. Orders from our website up to 9x6 inch photographs will be dispatched within 5 working days, if not sooner. Orders for larger prints, canvases or speciality products will take longer. All orders will be dispatched by First class Royal Mail or courier, postage and packing costs will be shown clearly in the shopping cart.
